Assistive Technology
We believe that technology can be a powerful tool to support learning. Our school is equipped with the latest assistive technology, including text-to-speech software, speech recognition software, and other tools that help students with special needs to access and engage with content. We include the use of Virtual / Artificial Reality (VR/AR) as an assistive technology which, when wisely used, can be effective for learning and motivation.
Adaptive Learning
We recognize that every student has unique learning needs and styles. That's why we offer a personalized and adaptive learning experience, leveraging technology and data to tailor instruction to each student's strengths, weaknesses, and interests.

Parent Partnership
We believe that parents are our partners in education. That's why we encourage open communication and collaboration between parents, teachers, and staff. We provide regular updates on student progress and offer resources and support to help parents support their child's learning at home. We have regular meetings, collaboration and opportunities for working together for the benefit of our students and families.
Special Education Programs
At New Leader Academy, we specialize in providing high-quality education to students with special needs. Our programs are designed to meet the unique learning needs of students with disabilities and other special needs, including autism, ADHD, and learning disabilities. We provide a supportive and inclusive learning environment that empowers students to achieve their full potential.
